This Digital License Policy explains how digital products purchased from MyCNCStore may be used.
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from https://mycncstore.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. License Type – Not a Sale

All digital products sold on MyCNCStore are licensed, not sold.

You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital files under the conditions described in this policy.

Ownership of the files and designs remains with MyCNCStore.

2. Personal Use License

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products include a Personal Use License by default.

✔ You MAY:

• Download and use the files for personal, non-commercial projects

• Create physical items for yourself, gifts, or personal use

• Modify the files for your own personal projects

✖ You MAY NOT:

• Sell physical products made from the files

• Sell, share, distribute, or transfer the digital files

• Upload the files to other websites, marketplaces, forums, or cloud storage

• Claim the designs as your own

3. Commercial Use License

A Commercial Use License allows you to sell physical products made using our files.

Commercial licenses apply only if explicitly stated on the product page or purchased separately.

✔ You MAY:

• Manufacture and sell physical items made using the files

• Use the files for small business or commercial production

• Modify the design for production purposes

✖ You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files in any format

• Sell the files as part of a bundle, kit, or digital product

• Upload the files to stock sites, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms

• Use the files in trademarked logos or claim exclusive rights

4. Digital File Restrictions (Strictly Prohibited)

Under any license type, you may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the digital files

• Share files for free or for payment

• Upload files to Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, Thingiverse, GitHub, etc.

• Include files in CNC libraries, USB drives, or physical bundles

• Convert files to another format for redistribution

Violation of these terms is considered copyright infringement.

5. Physical Product Sales Limitations

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Mass production, factory-level manufacturing, or third-party outsourcing is not permitted

• License applies only to the original purchaser

• Sub-licensing or transferring license rights is prohibited

6. Attribution (If Required)

Unless explicitly stated, attribution is not required for physical products.

However, attribution does not grant ownership or resale rights.

7. Enforcement & Violations

We actively monitor misuse of our files.

If a violation is detected, we reserve the right to:

• Terminate your license immediately

• Suspend or permanently ban your account

• Revoke access to purchased files

• Issue DMCA takedown notices

• Pursue legal action if necessary

No refunds will be issued for violations of this license.

8. Relationship to Refunds & PayPal Disputes

This license policy forms part of our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.

We maintain:

• Purchase records

• Download access logs

• License acceptance confirmation

These records may be used as evidence in PayPal disputes or chargebacks involving digital content misuse.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Digital License Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
