All digital products sold on https://mycncstore.com are protected by international copyright laws.

• CNC design files

• 3D printing models

• Digital templates and patterns

are the exclusive intellectual property of MyCNCStore or its licensors.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited license under our Digital License Policy.
Ownership of the files does not transfer to the buyer.

2. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Piracy Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against piracy, including:

• File sharing

• Unauthorized distribution

• Reselling digital files

• Uploading files to third-party platforms

Piracy harms independent creators and businesses and is illegal in most jurisdictions.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited under any license type:

• Sharing purchased files with others

• Uploading files to marketplaces (Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, etc.)

• Posting files on forums, social media, cloud storage, or torrent sites

• Including files in USB drives, bundles, or physical kits

• Selling modified or converted versions of the files

• Claiming the designs as your own

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

To protect our work, we actively monitor:

• Online marketplaces

• File-sharing websites

• Social media platforms

• CNC / 3D / laser communities

If piracy or misuse is detected, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Immediate termination of your license

• Suspension or permanent ban of your account

• Revocation of file access

• Issuance of DMCA takedown notices

• Legal action where necessary

⚠ No refunds will be issued in cases involving piracy or license violations.

5. DMCA Takedown Notice (Copyright Infringement)

If you believe your copyrighted content from MyCNCStore has been copied or distributed without authorization, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice.

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work

2. The exact URL(s) where the infringing material appears

3. Your name, email address, and contact information

4. A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized

7. Repeat Infringers

Users found to be repeat infringers may face:

• Permanent account termination

• Blacklisting from future purchases

• Legal action without further notice
