1. Digital & Intangible Goods

All products sold on MyCNCStore are digital and intangible goods, including but not limited to:

• CNC design files

• Laser cutting files

• 3D printing models

• Digital templates and downloadable assets

No physical products are shipped.
All purchases are delivered electronically via instant download and/or customer account access.

2. No Returns for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been:

• Downloaded, or

• Accessed via your account, or

• Delivered electronically

👉 Returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted.

This policy complies with international digital commerce regulations, including EU, UK, US, Indian, and Australian consumer laws.

3. Refund Policy (Limited Exceptions)

Refunds are issued only in rare and valid cases, reviewed individually.

✅ Refunds May Be Considered If:

• The downloaded file is corrupt or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement

• The product delivered is materially different from the product description

• A duplicate payment was processed due to a technical error

• Download access fails and cannot be resolved by our support team

❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If:

• You change your mind after purchase

• You lack compatible software, hardware, or technical skills

• The file does not suit your specific machine or project

• The product was purchased by mistake

• You claim the product was not used after download

• You experience compatibility issues not stated in the product description

4. PayPal Dispute & Chargeback Protection Notice

To protect both buyers and sellers, we maintain transaction records and digital delivery logs, including:

• Date & time of purchase

• IP address

• Download/access confirmation

• File delivery status

These records serve as proof of digital delivery in compliance with PayPal’s Intangible Goods Policy.

⚠ Important:

• Opening a PayPal dispute without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension

• Unauthorized chargebacks after successful file delivery may lead to revoked access to purchased files

5. EU & UK Customers – Digital Content Consent

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, by completing your purchase you expressly agree to:

• Immediate delivery of digital content

• Waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal once download or access begins

This consent is required and recorded at checkout.

6. Download Responsibility Disclaimer

By purchasing from MyCNCStore, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring file format compatibility

• You have the required software and equipment

• You understand how to use CNC, laser cutting, or 3D printing files

7. Refund Request Process

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

• Product name

• Description of the issue

• Screenshots or error details (if applicable)
